So at the park today I was playing with my kids in the sand and another little kid came to join us. Well, of course, I didn't bring any sand toys because I have a hundred other things to remember with 3 little ones and, of course, this other single child had a huge bag of toys. So my boys start grabbing the little boys toys and playing with them. This other little boy was not happy with that.. his mom was teaching him about sharing his toys and said "When you are at home you don't have to share but when you are at the park you have to share". Well that made me a little sad... why you ask? Today had already been so hard, Saxon and Micah had woken up so early and were crazy!!! Then Dane slept in so we had to wait for him to eat and get ready which made them even more crazy.. and the day just continued to be crazy.. And so I thought life would be so much easier with just one. They would get the attention they want from me, they would be able to do what they wanted to do, and they "would not have to share at home".

But then, I came home after an exhausting day at the park and some crazy tantrums at home during lunch and sat down to organize my pictures and I realized I am the one crazy!. And here is why...

Life is so fun in the backyard with two of your best friends with you...
weather it is playing in the dirt, playing in the mud, swinging on the pole, driving the pirate boat, or just looking out the window because it is so cold outside.

Going to the Park is so great when you have your brothers to explore the world with.

They get to go to disneyland together

And even just hanging out in the house is always a fun adventure when you have two brothers with you!

Since this Easter we watched General Conference, the week before I decided to put the boys in their Easter outfits. They were so cute in the matching shirts and ties. Of course, we were in a rush to church and we didn't have time to take a good picture but here are some snapshots.

Then for the real Easter we got to relax and watch conference which was really nice. In between sessions we went to our friends house the Larsons and had yummy waffles and a easter egg hunt. it was so fun. Kastell went pretty much crazy with the eggs and then her family came had added more eggs so there was about 300 eggs for 5 little kids. Micah and Dane were not into collecting the eggs they were more into instant gratification.. they would find one egg open it up and eat the candy. So Saxon, Jagger, and Liberty had to pick up the rest of the 300 eggs. It was so funny!

Happy 30th birthday to me!

So I have been trying to plan a fabulous birthday for me for a while since I love Birthdays and this was a big one. However nothing ever worked out and I had to change my plans completely. Luckily I still had a fabulous Birthday.

At the last minute I decided I wanted to go skiing on my birthday since it was free and there was still a ton of snow. Since Saxon is free also I thought it would be so fun to take him skiing with me.

So the night before we rented some skis and Micah had to try them on to make sure that they were going to work for his older brother.

Then the next morning I woke up to a beautiful Breakfast made by Tad. We ate and then headed to Mt. High a resort about an hour away. I had never been there before so when I got to the place I bundled Saxon up and walked over to the lift with all the gear. Let me tell you that was hard. I got there and found out I was at the wrong side. I was at the advanced side of the mountain. But luckily there was one green slope. there was no way I was heading back to the car. So Saxon and I headed up the super fast quad chairlift up to the very top of the mountain. Once we got to the green slope it was really fun. I had Saxon between my legs and we cruised down the mountain. My legs were burning but it was really fun. Saxons Favorite part was going on the jumps. I loved that!

Ok for the bad part... The only way to get down the big mountain was to ski down the blue and black slopes. Saxon was beat before we even began so that was a huge challenge. I ended up pretty much carrying Saxon down the Mountain. He was not so happy after that.

But he got over it pretty quickly when I told him the next stop is.. Disneyland. Last year when you went to dland on your birthday you got in for free so that is when I got my pass. So my birthday was the last day I could go, since my pass was expiring. It was so fun. Tad brought Micah and Dane and we ran around going on all the rides one last time and having fun as a family. I am going to miss getting all my kids in plus me on one pass. That is such a great deal!

Then just when I thought that the day couldn't get better I came home to this..

Flowers, card, and underwater camera! Yeah! My last one died and I can't live without the fun water shots. Looks like the 30's are going to be a great decade!
